A relocation of offices into the centre of Maidstone allowed Golding Homes to design an office space to support their progressive and vibrant working ethos and satisfy the needs of a modern workforce. Oxden Floors helped to create a contemporary workspace for a stylish and flexible working environment, with agile working areas and flexible meeting spaces, using a mix of durable flooring with texture and edgy combinations.

Upper floor office space was laid with IVC Trusted Guide Carpet tiles, featuring a geometric motif inspired by modern architecture, complemented by IVC Disruptive Path carpet tiles with a neutral solid ground pattern that reveals electrifying bright accents in meeting rooms on both levels.
Lower floor reception, communal, office and breakout areas used Tarkett ID Loose-lay in a herringbone pattern for a modern uncluttered style. Oxden Floors installed Gerflor Taraflex Multi-use for the gym for maximum hygiene and easy maintenance, and Polyflor Polysafe vinyl sheet to kitchen and stores, a durable vinyl with sustainable slip-resistant properties creating a safe yet attractive interior.
